Just Retributions, a non-profit student athlete fundraising organization, was founded in March, 2022. Our mission is to provide middle and high school student athletes with the funds necessary to fully participate in skill and team building athletic events and activities.
Over the years, we have seen a large disparity in athletic funding among schools in high and middle to low socio-economic neighborhoods. Often schools in affluent communities will have all the best equipment, a wide range of athletic trainers and access to specialty coaching events.
Our goal at JRI is, essentially, to level the "playing field." We use the money raised during fundraising events to supplement school athletic programs in lower socioeconomic communities. These additional funds allow under supported programs to provide greater opportunities to their student athletes.

A recent example of our fundraising involves providing a local school athletic program with the needed funds to allow all the athletes to attend a 3 day training camp this summer. Without these extra funds, the team will not have the opportunity to learn, grow and bond in a collegiate camp setting.
